Andorwith values your privacy is committed to supporting the ‘National Privacy Principles for the Fair Handling of Personal Information’ which has set clear standards and guidelines for the collection, access, storage and use of Personal Information which Andorwith may obtain during the course of our business operations.

As defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), ‘Personal Information’ is information or an opinion, whether true or not, and whether recorded in a material form or not, about you or from which your identity can be reasonably ascertained.

We will only collect information that is necessary for what we do, details such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. We will be fair in the way we collect information about you and we will tell you who we are and what we intend to do with information about you.

Where practicable, we will only collect personal information directly from you and not from a third party. Unless, wherever possible, we make sure you know we have done this. We will only use or disclose information about you in ways that are consistent with your expectations or are required in the public interest. We will be open with you about what kinds of personal information we hold and what we do with it. Wherever possible we will let you see the information we hold about you and correct it if it is wrong and finally we will take steps to protect your privacy if we send personal information about you to a third party.
