Exchanges

As a small, family-owned and operated brand, Andorwith takes great pride in offering quality customer service.

We offer affordable shipping and flexible returns, should you like to try on a product at home to make sure it’s what you expected.

If you are unhappy with a purchase and you’d like to exchange it, we ask that you start by first contacting us to initiate the exchange via email: contact@andorwith.com

 

We are happy to offer our customers an exchange provided that the exchanged item meets the following terms:

- Item is in original purchase condition.

- All tags intact.

- The item has not been worn or washed.

- You have an original invoice or receipt for the item.

- You have contacted us to discuss the exchange within 14 days of original delivery.

- Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.

- You will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item to us.

- You will be responsible to pack your return item in a secure carton, and returning it to us via registered post and addressed to:

Things to consider when shipping return items to us:

- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Once we have received your package, we will inspect the item ensuring it meets our exchange terms stated above. Once approved we will post the item(s) back to you.


 

Refunds & Faulty Items

If you believe that you have received a faulty item and you’d like to exchange or obtain a refund, we ask that you start by first contacting us to initiate the exchange via email: contact@andorwith.com

 

We are happy to offer our customers an exchange or full refund on a faulty item, provided that the item meets the following terms:

- Item is in near original purchase condition.

- You have an original invoice or receipt for the item.

- You have contacted us to discuss the exchange within 14 days of original delivery.

A refund or exchange on a faulty item is subject to the return of the product to us and an inspection by our team.

If the returned item is deemed faulty, we will ask you to confirm if you’d like an exchange or a full refund.

Refunds can only be made to the credit card used in the original purchase, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
