As a small, family-owned and operated brand, Andorwith takes great pride in offering quality customer service.

We offer affordable shipping and flexible returns, should you like to try on a product at home to make sure it’s what you expected.

Generally, we use standard trackable shipping via Australia Post. However, we also offer express shipping if you would like your order sooner. You can obtain their estimated shipping times, via their website.

Shipping costs will generally be available once you have added an item to the shopping cart and then provided us with your postage address.

Shipping costs will generally be visible prior to payment.

These shipping costs vary based on your location or country.

We also offer a ‘click & collect' service for customers who wish to collect their order from our Adelaide concept store. Orders are usually available within 24 hours after purchase.

** Inside Australia, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100 – excluding large items, like surfboards, etc… **

This means, that the subtotal value of the order for the products in your shopping cart must be over $100 to obtain free shipping (i.e. it excludes shipping costs for the subtotals).

Shipping prices will not be offered for large items like surfboards and will be subject to a quote from one of our shipping partners or your preferred shipping agent.

After you have purchased a large item, we will contact you to confirm the shipping cost to your desired address; after which you will be responsible for paying these shipping costs before the item leaves our store.
